These terms and conditions apply to the Mae Mor Risa app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by KITIPONG THAPNET (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider will never charge you for the Application or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features and it could mean that the Application won't work properly or at all.

The lottery results provided in this Application are for informational purposes only. While the Service Provider strives to ensure accuracy, the Application is not an official source of the Government Lottery Office. In the event of any discrepancy, the official results from the Government Lottery Office shall prevail.
The QR Code scanning feature is provided as a tool to assist in checking lottery tickets. Users are strongly advised to manually verify the numbers with the official lottery sheet before discarding any tickets. The Service Provider is not responsible for any errors in scanning.
The Application incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to provide certain features. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that AI may be used to process data and deliver functionalities in compliance with applicable laws.
You are aware that there are certain things that the Service Provider will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the Application will require the Application to have an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot take responsibility for the Application not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left.
The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
